This workshop is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift safely and confidently—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique.
We'll kick things off with partner warm-ups and icebreaker games to create a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Then, we'll dive into the fundamentals of a lift, including variations, proper bracing and breathing techniques, mobility work, and how to options for all types of lifts.
You'll learn why women should lift weights and we'll debunk the myth about "bulking up."
Our goal is simple: equip you with practical skills and knowledge so you feel confident stepping into any gym. No intense workouts, no judgment—just education, encouragement, and a community of women supporting each other.
