Women 55+ Strength Series
This workshop series is for you if you are a 55+ woman, ready to start strength training, and have some of these questions...

How do I get started?
How do I avoid injury?
What's most effective for me?

Phase 1 - Foundation
Phase 2 - Build
Phase 3 - Endurance

The first class will start with the Foundations of strength training. Then you'll have the next few weeks to practice before coming back to level up with the Build phase. Finally we will finish with the Endurance phase, where you'll leave feeling stronger and more confident in your workouts.

DATES: Sundays - 1/11, 2/8, 3/15
TIMES: 6:30-9:00am, 2.5 hours
COST: $250 for all 3 phases, or try the 1st class: for $110 (Foundation Phase 1 only)
