Primary School Kids (6-12 years)

his class builds uses more challenging sequences and poses to help with co-ordination and strengthening your children's growing bodies.. adjustments available for the older primary school children. Creativity is encouraged to help them express themselves using different variations and creativity such as animal sounds or movements. Parents do not need to take part in this with children but can enjoy a hot beverage in the next room. This helps improve the Childs confidence, independence and emotional and social skills by being around other children their age. Physical benefits: - Balanced bodily systems - Physical activity helps strengthen heart and circulatory system - Massages internal organs to support excretion and digestion - Help with improved sleep and posture - Enhances lung capacity with conscious breathwork - Supplies oxygen to all cells in the body - strengthen immunes system but helping to regulate nervous system - Can reduce anxious, aggressive or hyperactive tendencies.
