This masterclass provides a practical and clinically grounded guide to shoulder assessment and rehabilitation — covering rotator cuff tendinopathy and tears, SLAP lesions, instability patterns, post-operative presentations, and frozen shoulder.
You’ll learn how the kinetic chain underpins overhead function, refine assessment skills, and develop clear, phase-based rehab progressions for return to throwing and upper body performance.
