No Dig & Composting Workshop

Are you interested in improving and maintaining your soil health? Do you want to know how the no-dig approach to gardening works in practice? Then this workshop is for you.

Healthy soil is essential for growing all types of plants, whether they are in the garden border, flowers for cutting or vegetables for eating. In this workshop we’ll talk all things soil health focussing on two distinct areas; composting and no-dig. We’ll go through the best ways of creating your own compost and how to operate the no-dig approach, both in theory and in practice through an on-site demonstration.

The workshop includes a tour of the flower field where you will see both no-dig and composting in action, a set of notes, plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and most importantly lots of tea/coffee and biscuits and cake!
