Mid-Week Alignment: Reiki & Sound Vibration

Participants will rest comfortably on a massage table or zero gravity chair. Himalayan singing bowls will be placed on the body, providing a sound vibration to massage tension away. While this happens, reiki energy is directed and shared with the group and to each person. This will be through a hands-off experience where channeled energy flows and allows the body's own natural healing ability to work.

What is Reiki?
Reiki means "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This is a completely hands off technique.
