Lincoln Walks to End Abuse

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Join Partners for Peace on Thursday, October 9th at the downtown Lincoln gazebo for a day of awareness-raising and remembrance.

12:00PM-5:00PM: explore the Clothesline Project, connect with advocates for info and resources, and enjoy light refreshments and a children’s activities.

5:00PM-6:00PM: hear from community speakers, take part in a candlelight vigil honoring victims of domestic violence homicide, and walk with us through downtown Lincoln (0.6 miles). Rain Date: October 15th.
