About the event

Wild Earth Wisdom

This program centers around a woman's cycle & is appropriate for 13 and up. Each week will include yoga, meditation, and breathwork specific to the phase of the week. This program allows you to slow down and offers you some self-care. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, 2 blankets, a pillow, a journal and pen and water. This particular program is for women aged 13 and up.
