Pilates Foundations is a gentle, supportive 3-week group mat series designed to help you feel more aligned, grounded, and confident in your movement.
This beginner-friendly series introduces the essentials of classical mat Pilates in a calm, small-group setting, with personalized guidance throughout.
This series focuses on:
• Improved posture & spinal alignment
• Core strength for everyday movement
• Nervous system regulation & stress relief
• Breath-led, mindful movement
No prior Pilates experience is needed. This class meets your body where it is — all you need is your body and a mat.
Led by Christine Betances, a comprehensively trained classical Pilates instructor, you’ll be guided with clear, supportive cues to help you move with better posture, greater ease, and confidence both in and out of class.
