Volunteer Information Session

Are you interested in working with Maine's native wildlife? Saco River Wildlife Center invites you to join us for our upcoming information session for prospective volunteers! On Saturday, February 21st at 11:00 am, we will provide the opportunity for individuals interested in volunteering with our wildlife rehabilitation center to learn more about our organization and what it looks like to volunteer with us.

We are seeking volunteers to assist in a variety of tasks including direct animal care, food preparation, enrichment, and daily tasks including laundry and dishes. No prior experience is required, hands-on training will be provided. If animal care isn't your interest, don't worry—there are opportunities to focus solely on other daily tasks or administrative duties!

Please note, that while we love younger stewards of wildlife, we do require our volunteers to be at least 18 years or older!
