⚡️The NADA protocol is a standard non diagnostic treatment using five auricular (ear) points and involves the gentle insertion of single use, sterilised, stainless steel needles into the 5 specific energetic points in the outer ear. Most commonly used within substance misuse/addiction services, it is also used in other areas such as mental health and psychiatric care, smoking cessation, cancer care services, female hormonal health, trauma (PTSD) and for young people with behavioural disorders.

This is a 2 day practical hands on training in the NADA ear acupuncture protocol.
Topics covered will include:
➡️Origins of the NADA protocol.
➡️A brief overview of Auricular
Acupuncture.
➡️Health benefits of the treatment protocol and functions of points.
➡️Location of the five NADA points and needle insertion practice using equipment provided on the day.
➡️Needling techniques - (practical sessions are all closely supervised by a NADA trainer)
➡️Health & Safety implications.
➡️Client record keeping.
➡️Where to get acupuncture supplies and insurance.
