Men's Health Workshop

This Friday we welcome Paul Tracey from Limerick Sports Partnership for our workshop on Men's physical and Mental Health. Paul is a passionate advocate for men’s health, drawing from his own lived experience to promote openness, connection , seeking support and building resilience. He holds a Level 8 Diploma in Addiction Studies and brings uplifting ,relatable insight into both physical and mental wellbeing.

Join us for a free, supportive, empowering and uplifting session. Refreshments provided.
