# Free Parental Workshop: “Finding Your Balance as a New Parent”

As part of our Healthy Ireland program here in Nenagh library we are delighted to offer this free workshop from Certified International Life Coach Marie Hassan-O'Connor.

👩‍👧 This workshop is designed for new parents, single mothers, grandparents, au pairs, babysitters, and anyone involved with babies and toddlers.
⏰ **Duration:** 1 to 1.5 hours
📍 **Location:** Nenagh Library on September 11th at 10:00 AM
