The cozy authentic Yoga at Home studio in the heart of Limassol provides the perfect tranquil escape. Through breathwork meditation mantras gentle postures you'll cleanse your mind and body of tension. Each class concludes with deep voice-guided relaxation and Singing Bowls.
Emerge feeling centered rejuvenated and ready to enjoy a restful weekend. The space is limited to 10 people only so please reserve your place via the button.
Energy exchange:
1 class (drop in) - 25 euros
4-5 classes (monthly) - 90 euros
Individual classes are available in-person or online at the weekend. Learn more about 40-day coaching programs "Personal Sadhana".
Vocal yoga and Yoga Nidra are available for individual sessions online or in the studio.
30-min. business yoga classes are available in the office or online on weekday mornings.

Drop-In Classes:
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the class starts. No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.
- No-Show: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
Monthly Payments:
- Cancellation: Partial refund available for cancellations made within the first 7 days of the billing cycle, prorated based on the number of classes used.
- Class Rescheduling: Members can reschedule a missed class within the next two weeks, subject to availability.
- No-Show: No refund or rescheduling for no-shows.
General Conditions:
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to galinavgrigoreva@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
