Beautifully Broken: Art, Movement & Self-Compassion
Join us for a restorative workshop where creativity and mindfulness come together. We’ll begin with a kintsugi expressive art project—using gold to highlight the beauty in broken pieces—while also reflecting on the parts of ourselves that may feel cracked, undone or imperfect. Through this gentle and intentional practice, Megan will guide and invite you to see yourself with gentleness, compassion and care.
After the art, we’ll transition into guided movement and meditation with Kim Staley. This will be a chance to release tension and connect with your body. You'll end the day feeling more grounded and at ease.
This gathering is about slowing down, being with yourself- fully, and sharing space with others in a safe, supportive community. No former art or yoga experience needed—just bring yourself as you are. We will provide all materials needed to complete the artwork. Please bring a yoga mat.
*While protective materials will be provided, please wear clothing that you can get crafty in and freely move in. Your vessel will be soft cured at the end of session. Please allow 24 hours for the piece to fully cure before using or placing on display.
