Pilates & Prosecco

Balance your body and your bubbles.Join us at The Bubbly Goat for a fun and refreshing take on self-care with our Pilates & Prosecco event — a 50-minute mat Pilates class followed by a celebratory make-your-own mimosa bar, bubbly, and light bites.

Led by a certified Pilates instructor, this all-levels class will leave you feeling energized and uplifted — no experience necessary! After the workout, unwind with a glass of Prosecco or your own custom mimosa, plus a selection of post-workout small bites curated by The Bubbly Goat team.

A 50-minute mat Pilates session (either 10am or 11am start time, check your ticket)
1 glass of Prosecco or DIY mimosa from our mimosa bar
A selection of healthy post-workout bites
A joyful, relaxed community vibe — because movement should feel good
✨ Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat. Comfortable clothing recommended. Note: Weather permitting, Pilates & Prosecco will be held on the patio. Refreshments will be served inside.
