This inspiring evening will feature an interactive workshop titled:
“The Vedic Yog Tradition: Cultivating Holistic Health, Honoring Ancient Wisdom”

Led by Prof. Dr. Vinay Vidyalankar—a distinguished Vedic scholar, Ph.D. and Gold Medalist in Sanskrit, Principal of Govt. College Betalghat (Kumaun University), and National Spokesperson for Arya Samaj—this session will explore Yog beyond its physical postures, rooted in the original Vedic understanding.
