R U OK? Day

Join us this Thursday 11th September for R U OK? Day, and wear yellow to support and reinforce the power of a conversation in our School Community!

R U OK? is a suicide prevention charity in Australia, encouraging all of us to notice the signs of mental health struggle in friends, family, and colleagues.

It's important to remind everyone that every day is a day to ask 'are you OK? ' and start a meaningful conversation with someone you notice might be struggling with life. A lot can happen in a year, a month, a week!
