Venue opens: 9:00 a.m.
Round 1: 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
Round 2: 1:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Round 3: 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, 9 November:
Hall opens: 8:30 a.m.
Round 4: start 9:00 a.m., end 11:30 a.m.
Lunch: start: 11:30 a.m., end 12:30 p.m.
Round 5: start 12:30pm end 3:00pm
Awards ceremony starting at 3:30 p.m.
The registration fee is €70 per pair of coaches (+€5 per player who is not yet a member of the NAF, to be paid on the day of the tournament). The registration fee includes goodies, breakfast, lunch on Saturday (Libarnais buffet) and Sunday (sandwich buffet).

Accommodation:
It is not possible to stay overnight on site, but accommodation options are available in the surrounding area.

NB: it is possible to book dormitories for 6 people if you are coming as a group.
For those with a bigger budget, we recommend the Van der Valk (more expensive but luxurious, also fairly close to the tournament).
Finally, if you would like to stay with a local, please do not hesitate to ask the members of the GOBB. We will not be able to accommodate everyone, but we will probably be able to help some people out.
