Sound Bath – A Deeply Restorative Experience

Join Laura from Sound Healing Hearts for a deeply immersive Sound Bath. A space to relax release and realign through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls drums chimes and other beautiful instruments.

This session is designed to calm the nervous system balance energy and open space for inner clarity and renewal. This is the perfect time before the Full Moon to set intentions let go of what i no longer serving you and embrace a sense of peace.

A guided meditation to set intentions

A soothing vibrational sound bath using various sound healing instruments

Time for quiet reflection and integration

💫 What to Bring:

A yoga mat and blanket for comfort (yoga mats are available but you may wish to bring another one for extra comfort)

A pillow or eye mask if desired

An open heart
