Headlining are Headwired, a Midlands based rock trio that infuse melodic guitar riffs with catchy basslines, pounding drums and powerful melodies. Forming in 2023 and comprising of George (Vocals/Bass) Jack (Vocals/Guitar) and Joe (Drums), these three Black Country natives share a love of creating indie/alternative rock songs with a unique edge, perfect for fans of Foo Fighters, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian.
Since the release of their debut single ‘Carousel’, Headwired have wasted no time establishing themselves in the local music scene. They have supported artists such as Luka State, Spangled and Camens on their UK tours, as well as performing at established UK festivals like Lakefest alongside The Libertines and Jake Bugg.�
Their main support will be The Viz, a four-piece Indie Rock band from Stafford that has built a growing audience over the past year. Their sound draws similar comparisons to bands like Arctic Monkeys, The Jam, and other Britpop icons. The band has already achieved notable milestones, including selling out shows in Birmingham and delivering electrifying live performances at iconic venues like The Sugarmill.
The Vengeance will also be opening at this celebration of the best up-and-coming music the local scene has to offer, following their impressive debut at Lichfields Fuse Festival.
