Wow — we’ve had so much support already for our new event, Headspace at The Hub!
This Friday 10th October (World Mental Health Day), we’re bringing together brilliant local organisations for a relaxed morning focused on connection, awareness, and wellbeing. Drop in anytime between 10am–12pm.
 Pop ups from:
Pathway Project – A Staffordshire-based charity supporting adults, young people, and children affected by domestic and sexual abuse. They provide safe accommodation, counselling, advocacy, and outreach to help people rebuild their lives.
Andy’s Man Club – A nationwide men’s suicide prevention charity that runs free peer-to-peer support groups every week. Their goal is to get men talking, break the stigma around mental health, and create a supportive community.
Burton & District Mind – A local branch of the national Mind charity, offering mental health services, information, and one-to-one support. They’re here to help people experiencing mental health challenges find the tools and confidence to move forward.
Staffordshire Network for Mental Health – A community-focused organisation promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. They run groups, workshops, and initiatives to help people connect, share experiences, and support each other.
Maximus – Free mental health support for anyone whose work is affected by stress, anxiety, or low mood. Flexible, confidential, and here to help.
The event is free, open to everyone, and designed to give space for honest conversations, connection, and a little bit of calm.
