Partner Pilates

Celebrate connection through movement in this fun, supportive Partner Pilates class. You’re welcome to bring any partner—friend, family member, workout buddy, or loved one. Through simple, accessible Pilates-based exercises, you’ll move together to build strength, balance, and coordination while exploring trust, communication, and shared support. No prior Pilates experience is required. Expect lighthearted moments, grounding movement, and a chance to connect in a new way—on and off the mat.
