Polished & Professional: Communication Etiquette

This seminar is an interactive seminar designed to help participants strengthen their professional communication skills in today’s academic and workplace environments. Attendees will learn best practices for email, phone, and in-person communication, including tone, clarity, professionalism, and etiquette in both formal and informal settings. The seminar will also cover active listening, respectful dialogue, and strategies for making a positive, lasting impression. Whether you are a student, staff member, or professional, this session will provide practical tools to communicate with confidence, courtesy, and professionalism.
