Pottery Workshop - Bird Feeder

We’d love to welcome you to the newest addition of our wonderful workshops:

Clay-based Bird feeders, made by your own loving hands!

We have a morning (9:30 till 11:30) and afternoon (13:00 till 15:00) session available.

These sessions are suitable for people of all abilities.

The session will be based on a pinch pot method ( which requires short nails, no acrylic or false nails).
Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty, as this is a hands-on session.

The pots will be demonstrated and guided, but everyone will have the freedom to add their own unique decoration.
All tools and materials will be provided. The clay feeders will be taken away dried and fired in a kiln twice. Once to bisque fire the clay before glaze added and fired again.

This process will take at least 2 weeks. Then they will be ready for you to collect 3 weeks after the making day at Cuerden Community Shop (opposite Cuerden View Café) open Fri – Sun.
