Get ready to amp up your workout and unleash your inner demons! RockFit is the ultimate Rock & Metal class taking the UK by storm. Designed for those who like it loud & heavy, RockFit offers an alternative workout experience for Rock & Metal fans 🤘🏻

This special class will be a dark 'n' dancey mix of goth, industrial, groove and beyond! Feel free to wear light-up, glow in the dark or neon gear for under the UV lights!

All welcome - please arrive promptly if it's your first class just so we can gather essential info to check you're all safe to work out and adapt routines for you if need be.

£5 - I accept cash, bank transfer or PayPal in advance or on arrival.

Venue is TBC in Portsmouth - parking will be available onsite.
