Yoga with Trudy

Sink into deep relaxation & release tension with our monthly Yin/Restorative Yoga. Through gentle long-held poses, you'll calm your mind & nourish your body, leaving you feeling balanced & restored. Great for beginners!

This is a body positive space. Please note, our yoga room is in our upstairs space and there are 1.5 flights of stairs. All props included.
