WED 7:30 PM - Gentle Vinyassa Flow Beginner Yoga w/Safiya

Join us Wednesdays at Arabesque World Dance as we celebrate life by feeling wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated!
Flow in to the rest of your week after joining Safiya for a delightful vinyasa flow, deep stretch, and meditation class from 7:30 to 8:45 PM.
Cost is $80+Tax for a 6 week session, or $15+Tax drop in fee, you can also use a Punch Card or Month Unlimited Pass!

~~~PLEASE NOTE we will NOT have Class on August 27th.
Instead Join Safiya at Bluegrass Distillers Elkwood Farm for a Sip & Flow Yoga Class. More info will be posted on this event page later.

Each Class will include breathing meditation, a gentle Vinyasa flow, and deep stretching and strengthening poses, ending with a relaxing Savasana.
Everything is guided for beginners to easily follow.
No experience needed. ❤
