Experience deep relaxation in the salt cave, make an intention ornament, design your self kindness advent calendar, & reconnect with yourself before the holiday rush! Held in the soothing salt cave, followed by creative time in our calming yoga studio. Facilitated by Lexington music therapist and vocalist Erin Batkiewicz. Enter the season feeling nourished instead of frazzled!
