Workshop Objective: Participants will explore how right-brain functions like empathy, intuition, and non-verbal communication are essential to intimacy and lasting connection in marriage. By examining the relational cost of left-brain dominance—such as rigid logic, control, and distorted communication—participants will gain insight into the neuroscience of attachment and conflict. Practical tools from DBT and ACT will be integrated to offer a whole-brain, evidence-based approach to restoring meaning and connection in couples counseling.
6.0 Live Continuing Education Units available for Massachusetts Licensed LMFT, LMHC and LICSW professionals.
Lunch will be catered (Q'doba Chicken and Steak Hot Bar that includes gluten free and vegetarian options) and is included in the price of the workshop.
Note: Group orders must purchase each ticket individually. This allows us to accurately keep track of us participant's registration information.
