Stroke Support Group

You are not alone in facing the challenges of a stroke diagnosis. We are offering a free support group, guided by caring staff members who are there to listen, offer support and facilitate the program. This group is open to the public. We meet to socialize, share coping strategies and resources, and support each other.

Second Tuesday of each month
3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
