MENU: Each dish will feature a Bourbon Pairing

Appetizer: Appalachian Charcuterie featuring : Prosciutto Style Country Ham, Smoke Trout Dip, House Made Pickled Veggies and Jam, and Local Cheeses

Salad : Roasted Beet Goat Cheese filled Ravioli with an Arugula and Microgreen Salad dressed with a Sorghum Pancetta Vinaigrette

Entree: Braised Beef with Potato Puree, Old Fashioned Greens, and Roasted Petite Carrots topped with a Traditional Pan Gravy

Dessert : Paw Paw Banana Pudding

Experience Options

Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor! Premium Experience will be priority seating!
General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
