Are you curious about sound healing and ready to explore the art and science behind it? Join Amy Hudson for a three-hour workshop designed to give you both knowledge and direct experience with the fundamentals of sound healing.
We’ll begin with a short opening ceremony to set intentions, followed by introductions and an overview of how sound impacts the mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore the physics of vibration, energy, and frequency, and discuss how sound interacts with the chakra system.
From there, we’ll shift into hands-on learning. You’ll practice playing crystal singing bowls, discover techniques for creating resonance and flow, and build confidence using sound as a tool for relaxation and alignment. The workshop will close with a co-created group sound healing.
Whether you’re simply curious about how sound healing works or you feel called to begin your own practice, this workshop is the perfect first step. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of sound as a healing modality, practical skills to begin exploring on your own, and a felt sense of connection through group practice.
