Crystal bowls, drumming, and meditative tones will guide you inward, helping you access wisdom from within. We’ll begin with intention-setting and close with time for journaling or quiet integration.

You don't need any experience. Just bring an open mind, a curious heart, and a journal if you’d like to capture your reflections.
