The Day of Light is an annual event in Lexington, TN focused on shining light on the topic of mental health. The 2025 theme for this year's event is "Turning Your Pain Into Purpose." We will have two powerful keynote speakers and two breakout sessions. Lunch will be provided by our sponsors, Lakeside Behavioral Health and Woodland Recovery Center. Local resource agencies and providers will also be present at the event to provide information. Expect to be encouraged and inspired!
