6:40 - 8:00 Sitting and walking meditation
8:00 - 8:30 Breakfast
8:30 - 9:00 Registration and newcomer orientation
9:00 - 9:25 Chanting (4 regular chants)
9:25 - 12:00 Sitting, walking meditation, and Koan interviews
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch
12:35 - 1:20 Work period
1:45 - 3:35 Sitting, walking meditation, and Koan interviews
3:35 - 3:45 Chanting
3:45 - 4:00 Circle Talk
You may enter either at 6:15 or at 8:30. Please indicate on the registration when you are entering and if you are interested in cooking or organizing.
Open Meadow Zen Center One-Day Retreat Fee:
$75 - Non-members and Associates
$55 - Members Clergy and Seniors
$45 - KUSZ DT and DTIT
$45 - Students with ID
*Cash or Check only on the morning of the retreat.
