Deep Listening Gong Journey with Enso Sounds
Friday, November 7 | 7:00pm | $35
The Sound Healing Center of Lexington
Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.
The evening begins with a brief grounding and a short guided meditation to help us arrive fully in the space and community. From there, Arin will weave an improvised sonic journey—an unfolding tapestry of sound that invites deep rest and awareness. As the vibrations fade, we’ll share a moment of silence to integrate the experience and honor the stillness within.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you need to rest comfortably on the floor. We hold this space with quiet, stillness, and mutual respect, creating an inclusive and caring environment where each participant is free to simply be.
