We want to welcome our newest chef, Chef Oliver to the LBV Team! Chef Oliver has constructed a menu that reflects their passion for cooking that is centered around elevating simple ingredients with fine tuned techniques.

Appetizer: Roasted Garlic and Goat Cheese Profiteroles with a blackberry balsamic reduction
Salad: Grilled Peaches, Aleppo Candied Walnut Clusters, Blue Cheese, and Crispy Prosciutto
Entree: Butter Basted Halibut - or Airline Chicken Breast - Lemon Risotto, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Finished with Buerre Blanc
Dessert: Blackberry Apricot Sorbet, Whipped Coconut Cream, Fresh Berries, and a Coconut Tuile
Experience Options
Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor! Premium Experience will be priority seating!
General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
