Back to School Workshop

Reset and recharge before the school year begins! This workshop blends yoga, mindfulness, and simple nutrition tips to build focus, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical well-being. Perfect for students, parents, and teachers looking to start the school year strong and centered. Each child will get their very own survival bag to take home. It’s a workshop you don’t want to miss. Each child attending the program will be $20, parents are free. Each child will receive a gift bag with essentials tools.Also, there will be door and raffle prizes.
