5K Training Group Meet & Greet

If you want to run or walk your first 5K or improve your existing 5K time, we can help! John's Run/Walk offers an 8-week 5K training program with our RRCA-certified coaches.

Join an informal meet & greet with a walk around the Chevy Chase neighborhood. You'll get information about our program and have the chance to meet other people interested in joining.
