The 2nd Annual KY/Cincy handpan gathering is upon us!
Upon request of our community we have decided this year to have 1 full day again of handpans and fellowship.
This year we are inviting handpan players from everywhere to come if they would like to join :) So welcome!
The location last year was so personal and chill with both an indoor section with an upstairs attic and an outdoor space of the entire park tucked away in a quiet space of Lexington.
The schedule will be out soon but we will be hosting this year an open mic section where you can show off maybe some new patterns, songs or grooves that you have been working on, have a jam session as a group or more!
Additionally we will be having group conversations where we will talk about our favorite techniques and try everyone's favorites as a group.
I'll also host a small workshop talking about triads and where to add them in your compositions as well as how to jam with other handpan artists in the most universal way.
For food, I invite everyone to bring something to share with the group and I'll work something out for our lunch and will announce more on that soon.
