1K+PR #12 is a 2026 PRS Midwest Region points match.
Registration for 1K+PR #12 will open up 1 week prior to the match, so we have an idea for what the weather will be. Hopefully, we do not need to cancel or postponed the match due to do inclement weather but its January in NE. Refunds will be handled accordingly if we need to cancel or postpone due to weather.
Registration is limited to 49 spots. The entry fee is $70. No refunds will be given within 7 days of the match, for any reason other than match cancelation or postponement. If you register for the match and are unable to attend, please let us know so we can fill the spot with a waitlisted shooter if needed.
All rifles must be under .30 cal and under 3200 fps. No steel core or solid projectile ammo is allowed.
Check in will start at 0800. The safety brief will begin at 0930. Immediately after check in, shooters will shoot a 5 round cold stage. There will be a 100 yard board and targets at 600, & 1000 yards available to shoot at no cost. However, shooters MUST shoot the cold stage before they can have access to the confirmation targets.
Every 1K+PR match will have 6 payouts. $20 of every paid entry will go to a purse for these payouts. The purse will be divided equally among the payouts. The 6 payouts will be as follows; Match Winner, 75%, 50% and 25% of the match winners score, the winner of our Practical Rifle Division, and the top 223/308 shooter. We also usually try to provide some high speed low drag post match grub that is included in the match fee.
The closest accommodations will be Lexington, Ne and Johnson Lake. Lexington is a good size community with many hotels, restaurants, and a Walmart. Johnson Lake has multiple AirBnB hosts and one of the better NE Game & Parks run campgrounds in the state. Johnson Lake also has gas stations and restaurants around the lake. Both Lexington and Johnson Lake are approximately 15 mins northwest of our range.
