iNaturalist 101: Learn, Observe, Connect!

Discover the hidden world around you and contribute to our global knowledge of the natural world through an amazing Citizen Science project, iNaturalist (iNat)!

In this free 90-minute class, you'll learn how to use the iNaturalist app to identify plants and animals, contribute to real scientific research, and connect with a global community of nature lovers.

We'll start indoors with a tutorial, then head outside for a short guided walk to practice your new skills. Bring your curiosity and a smartphone!

This walk and talk is not suitable for small children. Ages 10 and up only, please.
