Ridge Hike at TNC's Emiquon Preserve

TNC and Therkildsen Field Station staff will lead a hike to the top of the ridge overlooking Emiquon Preserve and Emiquon National Wildlife Refuge. Learn about the history and restoration of the preserve, cultural history of the area and enjoy exceptional views of this portion of the Illinois River valley.

Please arrive to the field station at 11316 N. Prairie Road, Lewistown. Bringing sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, proper hiking shoes, and drinking water are strongly recommended.
