A POUND & Pour has all the energy of a POUND class with a little extra fun! We'll finish it off with cocktails and take time to connect with each other.
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session that combines high-energy music with light resistance and constant simulated drumming. This class is perfect for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! POUND is for all levels of fitness and requires absolutely no experience. Join the band!
