Aligned is an in-person workshop event to help you discover the inner healing wisdom of your body.
In "Unlocked: we opened the door to inner wisdom. "Aligned" is where you begin to use that very wisdom.
The activation of the resonant voice, and the body's creative force moves into alignment where stability & strength transform into movement & activation.
This alignment informs you...when it is time to rest, when it is time to act.
All without force.
Your experience will include:
Learning how to evaluate your own alignment
A self trust exercise
A movement practice with Wendy featuring the Rouleau Method
Snack break (all will be provided)
Integration & Celebration... Body Language style
You will also receive a support kit with tools to support your journey.
Aligned takes place Sunday, October 5th 9am - 1pm at The Studio 779 Cayuga St Suite 2 Lewiston
