Somatic Flush & Flow

Discover a deeply restorative practice designed to release tension, reconnect you with your body, and restore your natural flow of energy. Through a nourishing blend of somatic movement, mindful breathwork, and guided body awareness, this workshop offers a full reset for your nervous system—helping you let go of stress, stagnant energy, and emotional blocks, while creating space for lightness, clarity, and vitality.

Led by Rebecca Benenati, who brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, and somatic healing, you’ll be guided through a unique sequence that combines science-based techniques with intuitive movement. This experience is accessible to all levels and thoughtfully adaptable to meet the needs of each participant.
