Sound Bath

Step into a nurturing space where you can slow down and take a real pause. In this Sound Bath, you’ll lie back and get comfortable as waves of sound gently guide your body into relaxation and your mind into a calmer, quieter state.

The sounds and vibrations work with your nervous system, helping to release tension, slow racing thoughts, and bring the body into a sense of ease and balance. Many people experience a deep sense of rest, clarity, or emotional softening—sometimes without even realizing how much they needed it.

This is for you if you’ve been feeling busy, tired, overwhelmed, or just craving deep rest.

No experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

All levels are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen, and anything that helps you feel cozy.
