Sussex Pride Men in partnership with the Delaware Coastal Beach Buddies present, Mindfulness Meditation directed by Stephen Amelia. The session is open to experienced and those new and curious about the practice of meditation. We will begin at 7:00pm and will end no later than 8:30pm. There is no charge for these sessions. At your discretion bring bottled water or your favorite yoga mate or chair cushion. Meditation can be performed seated a chair or on the floor.
