November 26, 2025:
6:00 p.m. - Depart: Holiday Tours 10367 Randleman Road, Randleman, NC (boarding begins at 5:30pm)
7:30 p.m. - Depart: Target, 8210 Renaissance Pkwy, Durham, NC (arrive by 7:15pm)
10:45 p.m. - Depart: Gaskins Road Park & Ride, Commuter Drive, Henrico, VA (arrive by 10:30pm)
Rest Stop: Loves Travel Center
Rest Stop: Delaware House (food, coffee, restroom, freshen up)
November 27, 2025:
6:00 a.m. - Arrive at Port of Authority, 641 8th Ave/42nd Street: Perfect timing to find a spot to get ready to experience the opportunity of a lifetime at the Thanksgiving Parade
7:00 p.m. - Travelers meet back at Port of Authority to depart for home
November 28, 2025:
Drop-off Passengers: approximately - Henrico(2am), Durham(4:30am) and Randleman(6am) ** Times are estimates and subject to change **
NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION:
*Tickets are Non-Refundable.
*All passengers must have a paid seat. Trip goes Rain or Shine.
*The parade starts at 9 a.m. and ends around 12 noon. Walk across Central Park, by the Plaza Hotel, about 1.5 blocks to the parade route on 6th Avenue for reviewing or your location of choice.
*The parade begins at 77th Street and Central Park West. There is no public viewing at this intersection.
*The parade stretches for 2.5 miles from 77th Street to Herald Square on 34th Street, going down Central Park West until it reaches Columbus Circle at 59th Street, where it will turn east.
*The parade marches on 59th Street/Central Park South from Eighth Avenue towards Sixth Avenue and then turns south on Sixth.
*It continues down Sixth Avenue until it hits 34th Street, where it turns west and walks one avenue. The parade finishes at 34th Street and Seventh Avenue.
*We DO NOT suggest viewing from 6th Ave between 34th & 38th Streets or in front of Herald Square. Space is very limited due to the national television broadcast.
*If you would like to take a chair to sit on while waiting for the parade, you may store that under the motorcoach, but you will have to carry that with you for the remainder of the day.
*If you miss the bus on the scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation. Reminder: Absolutely no weapons, no smoking, and no drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed on the bus.
**Terms and Conditions for Booking with Dream Destinations**
By booking a service with Dream Destinations, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **No Refunds Policy** Dream Destinations operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following: - Travel delays or cancellations (including those caused by weather, natural disasters, or any other external factors) - Traffic or transportation disruptions - Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transport providers) - Personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the Client - Any other unforeseen events outside the control of Dream Destinations
2. **Responsibility for Third-Party Services** Dream Destinations acts as an intermediary to book and arrange travel services. Dream Destinations LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities arising from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions, highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, dissatisfaction or any other condition beyond the direct control of Dream Destinations LLC, caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus companies, tour operators, etc.). In case of any service disruption or complaint related to third-party services, the Client agrees to address the issue directly with the provider, and Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences.
3. **Booking Modifications** Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The Client acknowledges that Dream Destinations cannot guarantee availability of any modifications or changes once the booking has been confirmed. 4. **Force Majeure** In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any failure to provide services or for any disruptions to the Client’s travel plans.
5. **Travel Insurance** Dream Destinations highly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage. By confirming your booking with Dream Destinations, you acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.
